Iran actor-replete flick in post-production stage

Iranian movie ‘We are All Together’, directed by Kamal Tabrizi, has completed the production stage and is currently undergoing the phase of editing.

Tabrizi has recently completed the shooting of ‘We are All Together’, which is produced by Sayyed Reza Mirkarimi.

 ‘We are All Together’ is a comedy movie about the secrets of the passengers who survived a plane crash.

The film is said to be one of the movies with the largest cast in Iran’s cinema.

The cast includes Mehran Modiri, Mohammad-Reza Golzar and Pejman Jamshidi, who appeared in the film’s first making video.

Leila Hatami, Hanieh Tavassoli, Mohammad-Javad Ezzati, Vishka Asayesh and Sirous Gorjestani have also taken part in the film.

 ‘We are All Together’ is the latest project of Kamal Tabrizi, who began his cinematic activities with cinematography of a movie made by Saeed Haji Miri in 1983.

He is one of the directors who have taken on issues dealing with the eight-year Iraqi-imposed war and its aftermath from different angles.

Tabrizi has directed several movies, including ‘Sheida’, which has been broadcast on ifilm TV channel. His movies garnered many awards in Iran and at international festivals.

He is most famous for making the memorable movie ‘The Lizard’ for which he received the Audience Award and Special Jury Award at the 22nd Fajr Film Festival as well as the Golden Zenith for Best Film from Asia at Montréal World Film Festival in 2004.
